Is it really free?+
Yes — Boostr is free while in beta, with unlimited hours and accounts. We may add paid tiers later, but early users keep generous limits.
Do I need to keep my PC on?+
No. Everything runs on our servers around the clock. Close your laptop, shut down your PC — your boosts, drops and claims keep going.
Is this against Steam / Twitch terms?+
Automating accounts can violate Steam's and Twitch's terms and could get an account limited or banned. You use Boostr at your own risk — we recommend accounts you're comfortable risking, and we never ask for more access than needed.
How are my credentials stored?+
Every secret (Steam tokens, passwords, 2FA secrets, Twitch tokens) is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and scoped to your account. We never show them back or log them in plain text. Prefer the QR login to avoid passwords entirely.
Does trading-card farming work on new accounts?+
Yes. Steam only drops cards once a game has ~3 hours of playtime on limited accounts, so Boostr builds those hours in parallel, then collects the cards automatically — no babysitting.
Can I run multiple Steam accounts?+
Absolutely — add as many as you like. Each runs independently with its own games, drops and claims.
